The Tree is up

Friday while I was at home I put up the Christmas tree. It's a new one, all pre-lit and no more me using 4 letter words during the Holiday while stringing them. The only grip i have is "Fluffing" up the tree took about 2 hours, and I'm hoping I won't have to take that long again. Waited until Saturday to put up ornaments so sara could help. I don't want the tree to become a chore, and me doing it by myself feels like a chore. Nora watched, (and so far have left the tree alone) while we put up all the ornaments, even the ones Mom gave to me as she no longer puts them on her tree.

I forgot I also had lighted Garland that wove around the bannister, that was easy to put up. I have a wreath I used to put on my door but can't now (too thick to fit between the door and the screen). It's still currently in Narnia, but if I find some string I could hang it on the railing over the stairs.

now, I just need to get presents under there so it doesn't look so naked.
